Wireless systems continue to rapidly gain popularity. This is extremely true for data networks in the local and personal area, which are called WLAN and WPAN, respectively. However, most of those systems are working in the license-free industrial scientific medical (ISM) frequency bands, where neither resource planning nor bandwidth allocation can be guaranteed. To date, the most widespread systems in the 2.4 GHz ISM band are IEEE802.11 and Bluetooth, with ZigBee and IEEE802.15.4 as upcoming standards for short range wireless networks. In this paper we examine the mutual effects of these different communication standards. Measurements are performed with real-life equipment, in order to quantify coexistence issues.

The aim of this paper is to introduce a new architecture using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) in designing a 6-bit nonlinear Analog to Digital Converter (ADC). A study was conducted to synthesise an optimal ANN in view to FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) implementation using Very High-speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL). Simulation and tests results are carried out to show the efficiency of the designed ANN.

In this paper the flutter of nonlinear viscoelastic plates in a supersonic flow is investigated. The basic direction of work is consisted in taking into account of viscoelastic material’s properties at supersonic speeds. Quasi-steady aerodynamic panel loadings are determined using piston theory. The vibration equations relatively of deflection are described by Integrî-differential equations in partial derivatives. The plate nonlinear partial integro-differential equation is transformed info a set of nonlinear ordinary IDE through a Bubnov-Galerkin’s approach. The resulting system of IDE is solved through the Badalov-Eshmatov integration method. Critical speeds for plate flutter are defined.

The mathematical model of the real flexible elastic system is considered with the distributed and discrete parameters, which presents the equation at derivative parts with non-classical maximum terms. Complication of maximum terms makes impossible finding of exact analytical decision of such maximum task, in connection with what for researches the numerical method of the normal fundamental systems of decisions is used. Dependence of frequencies of possible vibrations is explored on different physical parameters of system. It is shown, that introduction to reverse communication network after speed with the defined values of the reverse communication coefficient allows controling the frequency spectrum in which excitation of vibrations are possible.

We propose an object tracking system using an arm robot and two pan-tilt cameras. In this study, we use the active search method to detect the object location in images of cameras. Moreover, we estimate the 3D coordinates of this object from detected locations in images using the binocular stereo method. By using 3D object locations, the robot and cameras are rotated toward to the object. To realize the high speed performance, we use the parallel processing by the thread function for the processes of the object detection, the 3D coordinate estimation, the camera control and the robot control. We perform the object tracking experiments and confirm the efficiency of the proposed method.

This paper proposes a fault tolerant RAM memory architecture with active redundancy dedicated to critical applications. To assure high reliability, additional modules are provided in the system. To reach a high safety, memory system is composed by built-in self-testing RAM devices (BIST?RAM). Memory modules are tested online one by one, in a sequential order, during the normal operation. A primary module under testing is temporary replaced by another one. If one module is diagnosed as being failed it is eliminated from the system automatically and replaced with a spare module. The memory control unit responsible for performing the reconfiguration of the memory system has a cellular structure and introduces an acceptable extra delay for the memory access.

Tashkent institute of irrigation and melioration. UZBEKISTAN, 700135, Tashkent-135, Chilanzar-16-24-56. E-mail: bakht-flpo@yandex.ru

In this work is investigated the flutter of viscoelastic cylindrical shell streamlined by gas current. The basic direction of work is consisted in taking into account of viscoelastic material’s properties at supersonic speeds. The vibration equations relatively of deflection are described by Integra-differential equations in partial derivatives. By Bubnov-Galerkin methods reduced the problems to investigation of system of ordinary Integro-Differential Equations (IDE). The IDE are solved by numerical method, which based on using of quadrature formula. The algorithm of the numerical solution on the basis of the method was described. Critical speeds for cylindrical shell flutter are defined. The influence of the viscoelastic property of the material, geometrical and aerodynamically non-linearity to the current value of critical speed and amplitude-frequency characteristics of the cylindrical shells was analyzed.
