Рассматриваются архитектура нейронной сети “неокогнитрон” в задачах поиска структурных элементов на полутоновых изображениях интегральных схем. Предлагается модифицированное правило активации нейронов инвариантное к искажениям яркости изображения. Сравнительные результаты применения нейронной сети показали преимущество использования нейросетевого подхода.References
